Stay Positive 🙌

With everything that is going on it's easy to feel depressed. 

Just try to keep your head up and be optimistic. One of the only things you can control, to a certain extent, is your health. If you keep on living the Chiropractic Lifestyle there's a good chance you will be and stay healthy.

Stay focused and never lose track of your goals and dreams. We will get through this and get back to normal.

10 am ~ 1 scoop Grass-Fed Whey Protein blended with 8 oz blueberries, 8 oz strawberries, 1 scoop organic green powder, and 5 g creatine. 


1 pm 6 chicken eggs scrambled and fried in 2 oz butter and salt.  2 lbs pan-fried beef, salt, hot sauce, 8 cups of coffee, and 2 oz half and half.


9 pm ~ 3,500 mg salt with 1 scoop magnesium electrolyte powder in carbonated water, and occasionally sea salt popcorn.
