Expressing Life at 100%



I'm feeling so amazing and healthy! I love life and expressing life at 100%! The Chiropractic Wellness Lifestyle is the only way to live. It addresses all areas of health and well being. I love it. 

I started off this week with my chiropractic spinal check-up and my chiropractor cleared my spine of all subluxations. Now my body is receiving 100% power from my brain. 

Now to fuel by body with pure organic food, enriched with anti-oxidants and micro-nutrients. You should think of your body as a high performance sports car. So if my body is like a Lamborghini, then what is the first thing my body needs in order to work? If you said "power" you got it right. Without power there is now way you could even start your car. This is what chiropractic does; it turns on the power! 

Next you want to put fuel in your car. Do you want low grade fuel going into a high performance sports car? No, of course not. Therefore we want the best fuel possible. That's why the best fuel for your body is how I'm eating here on my blog. You can always change the foods, but the concept needs to be the same. All foods should be organic, pesticide free, non-GMO, high in fiber, high in anti-oxidants, sufficient protein, and high in fat. A lot of people cringe, or do a double take, when seeing "high in fat", but yes it's true. You body needs and craves fat. Saturated fat and unsaturated fat are good for you. 

Trader Joe's was nice to the budget this week. My wellness food was only $56.77 this week.


Here is my food plan for the week:

Breakfast ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink
Lunch ~ 4 Hardboiled eggs, 1/2 cup quinoa, 2 tbs butter, 2 tbs Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli
Mid-Afternoon ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink, 1 organic apple
Dinner ~ 2 cups yogurt, 2 cups blueberries, 1 banana, handful walnuts, cinnamon, 1 tbs honey
Evening ~ Isalean Shake, 2 organic oranges
Seasonings (lunch) ~ Turmeric, Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce

As you can see I cut out the raspberries and handful of walnuts in the morning. I may add that back in later but for now I'm taking it out because after I drink my Isalean Shake I'm not even hungry.

My workouts are still the same and I'm still doing the 20 minutes of high intensity interval training of swimming every other day.
