Happy Friday the 13th šŸ”Ŗ

I hope everyone had another great week of health and happiness! 

I’m loving my workout routine and food plan.

Last week ribeyes were on sale and this week new yorks are on sale. I think ribeyes are a little more juicer but new yorks aren’t too bad.

The only thing that sucks about the gym right now is having to wear a mask. This is especially cumbersome when doing cardio. But at least the gym is still open šŸ™
