The Life We Live 🙌

We may be off the hook this year because due to the lockdown and gathering restrictions there are probably less holiday parties than usual. For a lot of people, holidays are the perfect excuse to sabotage a food plan and postpone healthy eating until next year. But like I always say, a few bad meals does not harm your healthy way of eating.  

When you are living the Chiropractic Lifestyle you have learned that health is an accumulation of healthy habits over a lifetime. If you know and practice the right things consistently then you will stay alive and thrive. 

Optimal health is the goal, so you can maintain 100% function everyday you are alive.  Health does not come in a pill, potion, or lotion. Health comes from a lifestyle.
