Value Your Health

Life is short and health is your most precious asset. Your priority should be to keep yourself healthy and to maintain normal function in your body. 

Everyone is busy with their lives trying to do their job and accomplish goals, but the one responsibility you can not forget is health preservation. When your health is gone sometimes it's impossible to get back. 

The good news is that I have figured out a lifestyle that is simple and easy which will help you stay healthy and fit to 100 years old. If you fall short of the 100-year mark that's fine because for as long as you're alive you should have full function in your body to allow you to keep living life with optimal health.

Pre-Workout Meal 1  ~ 2 scoops Whey Protein, 1 scoop Collagen Peptides

Post-Workout Meal 2 ~ Creamy Dutch Chocolate Isalean Shake, 1 scoop greens, 5 grams creatine, 1 scoop Whey Protein, 1 scoop Collagen Peptides, 8 oz Organic Pomegranate Juice,  1 banana, 16oz Mixed Berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries), and 1 apple.

Meal 3 ~ 13oz Chicken and Spices (Cayenne Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce, Oregano, Turmeric, TJ's Chili Lime Seasoning Blend, Sea Salt, Black Pepper), and 1/4 cup Brown Rice Medley.
