Turn on the Heat!

Get ready for our first hot week in awhile! 

I thought for sure I would be seeing more people in the gym this morning. Usually around this time of year people are in a frantic in efforts to get in shape for the summer. Well folks remember you can't out train a poor diet. Ironically losing fat has very little with exercise. The best way to burn stored body fat is by adhering to a strict food plan that is high in protein and fat, and low in carbs and sugar. Fortunately for all you guys following and implementing the Chiropractic Lifestyle you are already eating this way. 

Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Supplies:

Breakfast (6:30am) ~  Vanilla Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 scoop Fruit-N-Whey Protein

Meal 2 (9:00am) ~ Vanilla Isalean Shake1 scoop Green Drink, Fruit-N-Whey Protein, 10 cups black coffee with cinnamon, 1 Organic banana and 1 Tbs. Coconut Oil

Meal 3 (12:00pm) ~  6 Hard boiled Jumbo eggs, 2 tbsp Grass-Fed butter, 1 cup steamed organic carrots, and 1 cup raw organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sumac, Organic Oregano, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Meal 4 (3:00pm) ~  16oz Beef/Chicken/Turkey/Pork, seasonings (Organic Oregano, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)1/4 cup almonds, 1 1/2 cup Pesticide Free Blueberries 

Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.

238 grams Protein
115 grams Carbohydrates 
104 grams Fat
2,400 Calories
