Adding Life To Years

Most people are genetically predisposed to only live for so long. Sure one's lifestyle can extend or shorten their life, but the quality of one's life is directly related to their lifestyle. Personally I would rather live 70 quality years, than 100 years suffering from disease and dysfunction. 

The science says that we all can live a healthy and full life to the last day we are alive. The secret is in the lifestyle you choose to live. People who live the Chiropractic Lifestyle not only live a higher quality of life but typically live longer than people who don't.

Breakfast (6:30am) ~  Vanilla Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 scoop Fruit-N-Whey Protein

Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.
