Cheat Days

So what do you do when you are at a summer BBQ and nothing on the menu is in alignment with your food plan? I would say go ahead and eat, drink and be happy!

Actually deviating from your strict Chiropractic Lifestyle food plan is good for you, every now and then. It helps break up the monotony and satisfies deep cravings you have. I do it all the time. My Chiropractic Lifestyle food plan here is followed Monday through Saturdays, and on Sunday I eat whatever I desire. Honestly, I'm so use to eating the Chiropractic Lifestyle way that I typically eat the same foods. However I do love Mexican food and cheese. Letting yourself have some different foods helps you stay on track for the rest of the week.

Keep following my lead and stick to the plan, so you can live long and thrive!
