Quality > Quantity

Living a healthy Chiropractic Lifestyle is one of the best ways to ensure a healthy quality of life. Unfortunately, no one gets out alive, so no matter what you do, you are still going to die. Your lifestyle might help add a few years to your life, but most people's life spans are genetically mediated. 

The only real factor we have control over is the quality of the years you live. The quality of your life is directly related to your lifestyle. Quality means how your feel and function on a daily basis. What is the purpose of living 120 years if the last 40 years you spent suffering from arthritis, loss of mobility, low energy and other problems? 

When you live the Chiropractic Lifestyle you are adding quality years to your life. The goal is to help you live your whole life with optimal function.

The key is consistency. I have the plan for you to follow, so just stick with the plan, because this is it!

9:30 am  11 oz coconut water,1 scoop Grass-Fed Whey Protein blended with 16 oz berries, 2 bananas, 1 scoop organic green powder, 5 g magnesium/calcium powder and 5 g creatine.


1:30 pm ~  6 chicken eggs scrambled in 2 ozs of butter and lots of salt and hot sauce.  1.5 lbs fried beef, salt, hot sauce  10 cups black coffee and 2-3 ozs heavy cream.


5:30 pm ~  About 3,500 mg salt with 42 ozs of carbonated water
