Spring is here...no fooling!

I hope you had another great week living the Chiropractic Lifestyle! I'm really liking my change in the food plan. Even though I stop eating for 19 hours I'm still maintaining my strength levels and lean muscle mass. I highly recommend intermittent fasting. You can choose your eating window to fit your lifestyle.

Breakfast (9:30am) ~ Creamy Dutch Chocolate Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 scoop Fruit-N-Whey Protein, 6 grams creatine, 1 Tbsp Organic Coconut Oil, 10 cups organic black coffee, 1 Banana, 1.5 cups mixed berries
