Adapt and Overcome

I changed up my Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Plan so that I'm only eating during a 6-7 hour period of time. This allows my GI system to digest and assimilate all the nutrients without constant bombardment of continuous food intake. This also helps your body focus on repair and regeneration once digestion has completed. 

The key with finding the right food plan that works for you is through experimentation. What works for me and my lifestyle may not work with you. Through trial and error, you will discover the best food plan.

Breakfast (10:00am) ~ Creamy Dutch Chocolate Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 scoop Fruit-N-Whey Protein, 1 Tbsp Organic Coconut Oil, 10 cups organic black coffee, 1 Banana, 1.5 cups mixed berries

Meal 2 (1:00pm) ~ 6 Hard boiled Jumbo eggs, 2 tbsp Grass-Fed butter, 1/2 cup Brown Rice Medley,1 cup organic carrots, 4oz Organic Crimini Mushrooms, and 1 cup organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Organic Oregano, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce)

Meal 3 (3:30pm) ~ Creamy Dutch Chocolate Isalean Shake1 scoop Green Drink, Fruit-N-Whey Protein, 1/4 cup almonds

Beverages ~ 4 servings Organic Green Tea with lemon and Sparkling Mineral Water.
