Bring on the Heat!

I had another great week living the Chiropractic Lifestyle! Staying healthy and having energy all day long, is really easy when you follow my lead. If I can do it, than anyone can do it. Getting adjusted every week is easy too...just get in here get adjusted and leave. Now, with my training, eating healthy is simple and affordable.

Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Supplies:


Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Plan:

Breakfast (10am) ~  Vanilla Isalean Shake, 10 oz Trader Joe's Coconut Water with Aloe Vera Juice, 1 scoop Green Drink, 1 Organic Banana 

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled Organic Free Range eggs, 1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, 2 tbsp Grass-Fed butter, 1 tsp Chia Seeds, 1 cup steamed organic carrots, and 1 cup steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ Vanilla Isalean Shake1 scoop Red Drink, 1 Organic Apple

Dinner (6pm) ~ 12oz Organic Free Range Chicken, 10 oz pineapple

Late Evening (9pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled Organic Free Range eggs, 1 cup Beets

Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.
