Spring in Full Swing!

Time is just flying by! I can't believe summer is right around the corner. Who is ready for beach days, Art festivals and sunny days at the park?

I hope everyone had another amazing week living the Chiropractic Lifestyle. It's so easy even a teenager could do it. 

Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Supplies:


Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Plan:

Breakfast (10am) ~  Vanilla Isalean Shake, 10 oz Trader Joe's Coconut Water with Aloe Vera Juice, 1 scoop Green Drink, 1 Organic Banana 

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled Organic Free Range eggs, 1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, 2 tbsp Grass-Fed butter, 1 tsp Chia Seeds, 1 cup steamed organic carrots, and 1 cup steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ Vanilla Isalean Shake1 scoop Red Drink, 1 cup Beets, 1 Organic Apple, 1 Organic Pear

Dinner (6pm) ~ 12oz Organic Free Range Chicken, 10 oz pineapple

Late Evening (9pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled Organic Free Range eggs

Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.
