Let There Be Light

I hope everyone had a wonderful week living the Chiropractic Lifestyle! Make it a habit and stick with the plan. If you have some off days, that's okay, just keep going anyway!

Breakfast (6:30am) ~  Vanilla Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 scoop Fruit-N-Whey Protein

Meal 2 (9:00am) ~ Vanilla Isalean Shake1 scoop Green Drink, Fruit-N-Whey Protein, 10 cups black coffee with cinnamon, 1 Organic banana and 1 Tbs. Coconut Oil, Trader Joe's Simply Nutty Bar

Meal 3 (12:00pm) ~  6 Hard boiled Organic Free Range eggs, 1 tbsp Grass-Fed butter, 1 cup steamed organic carrots, and 1 cup steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sumac, Organic Oregano, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Meal 4 (3:00pm) ~  16oz Beef/Chicken/Turkey/Pork, seasonings (Organic Oregano, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)1/4 cup almonds, 1 1/2 cup Pesticide Free Blueberries 

Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.

246 grams Protein
135 grams Carbohydrates 
119 grams Fat
2,600 Calories
