One down, Two to go!

The Holidays can be a stressful time and with all the parties, dinners and goodies floating around the office, this can make it really hard to stick with a healthy food plan. Just remember the moderation concept. It's fine to indulge sometimes, just don't fall off the wagon completely. One naughty food choice will not sabotage your health. It's the collective choices you make that affect your health.

Breakfast (5:30am) ~  Vanilla Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 scoop Fruit-N-Whey Protein

Meal 2 (7:30am) ~ Vanilla Isalean Shake1 scoop Green Drink, Fruit-N-Whey Protein, 10 cups black coffee with cinnamon, 1 Organic banana and 1 Tbs. Coconut Oil

Meal 3 (9:00am) ~ 6 Hard boiled Organic Free Range eggs, 1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, 1 tbsp Grass-Fed butter, 1 cup steamed organic carrots, and 1 cup steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sumac, Organic Oregano, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Meal 4 (12:30pm) ~  16oz Organic Free Range Ground Turkey, seasonings (Sumac, Organic Oregano, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)1 1/2 cup Pesticide Free Blueberries 

Meal 5 (2:30pm) ~ Vanilla Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Fruit-N-Whey Protein, 1/4 cup almonds

Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.
