Here Comes Thanksgiving!

Breakfast (5:30am) ~  Vanilla Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 scoop Fruit-N-Whey Protein

Meal 2 (7:30am) ~ Vanilla Isalean Shake1 scoop Green Drink, Fruit-N-Whey Protein, 10 cups black coffee with cinnamon, 1 Organic banana and 1 Tbs. Coconut Oil

Meal 3 (9:00am) ~ 6 Hard boiled Organic Free Range eggs, 1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, 1 tbsp Grass-Fed butter, 1 cup steamed organic carrots, and 1 cup steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sumac, Organic Oregano, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Meal 4 (12:30pm) ~  16oz Organic Free Range Ground Turkey, seasonings (Sumac, Organic Oregano, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)1 1/2 cup Pesticide Free Blueberries 

Meal 5 (2:30pm) ~ Vanilla Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Fruit-N-Whey Protein, 1/4 cup almonds

Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.
