Live Long and Thrive!

I increased my protein and carbohydrate intake to see how this affects my energy levels and recovery from exercise. The cool thing about living the Chiropractic Lifestyle is being able to experiment with various food intakes to see how this affects your body composition. 

Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Supplies:




Chiropractic Lifestyle Food Plan:

Breakfast (5:30am) ~  Vanilla Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 scoop Fruit-N-Whey Protein

Meal 2 (7:30am) ~ Vanilla Isalean Shake1 scoop Green Drink, Fruit-N-Whey Protein, 3 cups black coffee with 1 Tbs. Coconut Oil, 1 Organic banana

Meal 3 (9:00am) ~ 6 Hard boiled Organic Free Range eggs, 1/2 cup Brown Rice Medley, 2 tbsp Grass-Fed butter, 1 cup steamed organic carrots, and 1 cup steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Meal 4 (12:30pm) ~  16oz Organic Free Range Ground Turkey1/2 cup Brown Rice Medley, 1 1/2 cup Pesticide Free Blueberries, 

Meal 5 (2:30pm) ~ Vanilla Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Fruit-N-Whey Protein1/4 cup almonds

Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.

3,152 Calories
290 grams Protein
315 grams Carbohydrates 
136 grams Fat
