Bye Bye July!!

Wow time goes by fast! I think the older people get the more concerned they get about their health. I guess when people are younger they think they are indestructible. But the reality is health problems usually start when we are younger, and we don't feel the damage until we get older. The key is to take care of your health as early as possible by developing healthy lifestyle habits. 

The best outline for living the optimal healthy life is the Chiropractic Lifestyle. Eat good food, regular exercise and regular adjustments. Some people may think, why do I have to get Chiropractic Adjustments if I feel good? The reason why you should get adjusted, as part of a healthy lifestyle, is because regular adjustment eliminate stress on your nervous system. This in turn reduces your overall stress levels. 

Unfortunately people don't feel stress, until it builds up and starts creating health problems. The key is to not wait for symptoms. Be proactive with your health and take positive actions everyday. Again the best way to do this is by living the Chiropractic Lifestyle. Follow my lead and stay the course!

Breakfast (10am) ~  Vanilla Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink, 1 scoop Fruit-N-Whey Protein, 1 Organic Banana, 1 Serving Trader Joe's Mocha Cappuccino Mix

Lunch (12pm) ~ Vanilla Isalean Shake1 scoop Red Drink, Fruit-N-Whey Protein1/4 cup almonds

Mid-afternoon (2pm) ~ 6 Hard boiled Organic Free Range eggs from local Chicken Coop, 1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, 2 tbsp Grass-Fed butter, 1 tsp Chia Seeds, 1 cup steamed organic carrots, and 1 cup steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Dinner (5pm) ~ 16oz Organic Free Range Ground Turkey1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, 1 1/2 cup Pesticide Free Blueberries

Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.
