Loving California!

I just got back from Omaha, Nebraska and after being there it really makes me appreciate living here in the bay area! All the people seem to do there is watch college football and drink beer 🏈  🍻

During my stay, I could not prepare my own food, so I had to wing it and eat whatever I could find. Remember that you don't always have to eat exactly the same thing. If you are out of town or at a restaurant, just try to pick similar foods and you'll be fine.

I still brought and prepared my meal replacement shakes. I love my shakes, they are a real-life savior. Plus, after I drink a shake, I'm full for at least 3-4 hours. Just amazing!
