Eating Fat is Good

Eating fat will not make you fat like people have been told for decades. Your body craves and needs fat to function properly. In fact, if you were to eliminate fat completely from your diet you health would quickly deteriorate. 

The only substance you should stay away from is sugar. Sugar is responsible for making people fat. Sugar is in everything, this is why you must read labels. Even food that you would think couldn't possibly have sugar probably has it. Like the other day I wanted to buy a bag of "Salt n Pepper" pistachios and I looked at the ingredients, and there it was...sugar! I'm thinking why in the world would they add sugar?? 

Just be careful out there with your food choices and please don't believe the hype!
