Consistently Healthy

One of the most important factors in staying healthy is consistency. Healthy habits done on a regular basis will yield a healthy outcome. The key word is regular. If you just ate broccoli one day a month, would that broccoli contribute to your health profile? If you just exercised one day a month, would that help you get and stay healthy? If you thought of course not, well you are exactly right!

Just because a person practices healthy habits sometimes does not contribute to a healthy life. Your health is equivalent to what you do the majority of the time. Health is found in a lifestyle, not a pill, potion or lotion. Fortunately, I have done all the research and I use myself as the guinea pig to transfer knowledge, educate, motivate and facilitate health in people who want it.

Keep following my lead and live the Chiropractic Lifestyle. Together we can stay healthy and fit to 100 years of age.
