Loving the Sunshine :)

Now this is why we all live in California! You just can't beat this weather.

Well I got a little sick of eating turkey so I switched to beef. Unfortunately this does double the meat cost. I can't believe how much they charge for beef now!!

Cooking the beef is really simple. I found that I can steam my beef on my rice cooker and it turns out hot and juicy. It's OK to do food substitutions now and again. The main thing is following the outline.

The Chiropractic Lifestyle food plan is high in protein and fat, but low in sugars and carbohydrates. The only carbs you should be eating are the carbs found naturally in fruit and the Isagenix shakes. Isagenix using fructose as their main carb source from whole apples and whole pears.
