Welcome Summer!

Summer is finally here! Time to get outdoors and play. Exercise doesn't always have to be in the gym. Just go do something fun but strenuous. The key is to stay active and keep moving. You can go bike riding, hiking, surfing, swimming, tennis, softball, volleyball, golf and so much more. Motion is life, stagnation is death. If you want to live long and thrive, you must stay active, eat good food, and get regular chiropractic adjustments.

Don't Panic Stay Organic!

When you live the Chiropractic Lifestyle it's really important to fuel your body with organic healthy food. The good news is that it's not expensive to do so. Every week I only spend about $50 at Trader Joe's for good food that's organic. If you eat like I do, you will save money and be a healthier person.

Living the Healthy Life!

I just had an amazing adjustment by my chiropractor. I go every week to get adjusted and I have no symptoms at all. So why do I go? Because chiropractic is not about treating symptoms. Chiropractic is about reducing or eliminating stress on the nervous system so this body I have will live longer and thrive. Now that I have full power to my body from my brain, I fuel my body with organic healthy food. As you can see below it is NOT expensive to eat healthy!

Who's ready for the beach?

Here comes summer! I'm looking forward to all the festivities that summer brings. I love the long days and the warm nights. When you are living the Chiropractic Lifestyle it makes life more fun.

Well adjusted!

Heat Wave!

Wow it has been super hot here in San Jose! I'm looking forward to putting in some beach time. It's amazing how Santa Cruz cools off so much in the evening once the sun goes down. 

So last week went very well as expected. I got my weekly adjustment, been doing my daily exercises, and my food plan rocks! I love the Chiropractic Lifestyle. So simple yet so effective in keeping your body working at peak capacity.

Healthy Living

Last week was awesome! My body is feeling great, I have energy all day long, and I feel really strong. You can feel this way too if you live the Chiropractic Lifestyle like me. I'm demonstrating here how easy the food plan is, and all you have to do is get your spine adjusted every week and do your exercises. Nothing to it but to do it!

Loving Spring Time!

The Chiropractic Lifestyle is the key to healthy living. As I've said many times before, if you want to live long and thrive, the three things you must do are really simple. First is regular chiropractic. Every week you should be getting in the office and getting your adjustment. It's a proven fact that people who get regular chiropractic care live longer and live healthier happier lives. Second is that you must fuel your body with high quality food on a regular basis. Eating healthy and organic is affordable and easy. Just eat exactly what I eat and you will be fine. This should be your foundation meal plan. So if you deviate from the plan sometimes, that's OK. Just keep pushing forward and stick to the plan. Finally the last thing you need to do, to live the Chiropractic Lifestyle and live a long and healthy life, is to exercise everyday. Motion is life, stagnation is death. You must move your body everyday. You also must include weight bearing exercises as well. Just let me know when you can meet me at the gym and I will work out with you and show you how to do it. You are welcome anytime.
