Love this time of year!

I'm loving life, feeling good, and living the Chiropractic Lifestyle! Being healthy, staying healthy, and feeling good is easy if you do what I teach you to do. I made a couple changes this week with the food plan but nothing major.

Chiropractic Lifestyle food supplies:


Chiropractic Lifestyle food plan:

Breakfast (9am) ~  Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink

Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup brown rice, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed organic carrots, and 2 cups steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)

Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ 2 slices Organic Sprouted Whole Wheat Fiber Bread, 8oz Smoked Turkey & Organic Mustard  

Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 Orange, 1 scoop Green Drink

Evening (9pm) ~ Isalean Shake

Beverages ~ 4-6 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon and Sparkling Mineral Water.
