I love this time of year! It's not too hot and the spring breeze feels so good. This is the best time to really get serious about your health and follow the Chiropractic Lifestyle. Getting healthy and staying healthy is really simple when you do what I tell you to do. I also do everything I tell you to do, so follow my lead and be as healthy as you can be!
Chiropractic Lifestyle food supplies:
Breakfast (9am) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink
Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup rice, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed organic carrots, and 2 cups steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)
Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ 2 slices P28 High Protein bread, and 1 serving smoked turkey.
Dinner (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 Orange, 1 scoop Green Drink
Beverages ~ 4-6 cups of Organic Green Tea with lemon Juice and Sparkling Mineral Water.
