Wow I am loving all this rain! I hope it keeps coming because as everyone already knows we need it.
I had another great week living and teaching the Chiropractic Lifestyle. To be healthy and function at 100% to your last day all you have to do is follow my lead.
First, get regular Chiropractic Adjustments to maintain spinal mobility and alignment. Remember you are only as old as your spine. When your spine starts to stiffen, this will limit your mobility and range of motion affecting every physiological system in the body.
Second, do regular exercises and stretches every day. You have to keep moving your body. A sedentary lifestyle is the quickest way to disease and degeneration. If you don't move it, you will lose it.
Third, eat healthy organic food, high in protein, fat and antioxidants.
These three lifestyle changes will change your life! Stay the course and stay healthy!
