Wow I'm so happy it finally rained! I hope April is like this every week.
I had another amazing workout this morning at the gym. I have found, after 33 years of exercise experience, that the best time to workout is in the morning. Just get up and get it done! If you wait to exercise after work, then it's probably going to be skipped more times then you want. But if you do it first thing in the morning, you are guaranteed a workout every day.
Then the rest of the Chiropractic Lifestyle is easy; eat clean all day and get your spine realigned once per week.

Breakfast (10am) ~ Isalean Shake, 10 oz Coconut Water, 1 scoop Green Drink, 1 Organic Banana
Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled range free eggs, 1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, 2 tbsp Grass-Fed butter, 2 tsp Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed organic carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)
Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 10 oz Coconut Water, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 cup Beets, 1 Organic Apple
Dinner (6pm) ~ 12oz Chicken, 10 oz pineapple
Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.
