Wow...the older I get, the better I feel! I am stronger than ever before, I have more energy than I did in my younger years and I sleep like a log. All this because I'm living the Chiropractic Lifestyle :)

Breakfast (10am) ~ Vanilla Isalean Shake, 10 oz Trader Joe's Coconut Water with Aloe Vera Juice, 1 scoop Green Drink, 1 Organic Banana
Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled range free eggs, 1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, 2 tbsp Grass-Fed butter, 1 tsp Chia Seeds, 1 cup steamed organic carrots, and 1 cup steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)
Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ Vanilla Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 cup Beets, 1 Organic Apple
Dinner (6pm) ~ 12oz Organic Chicken, 10 oz pineapple
Late Evening (9pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled range free eggs
