This is a busy month for a lot of people. School is starting, football kicks off, and summer is coming to an end. Definitely make time for the Chiropractic Lifestyle. Prepare your meals ahead of time and bring them with you. If you can't bring food with you then follow my guidelines. Exercise early in the morning, instead of risking skipping it during the evening. Get your adjustment at the beginning of the week. Procrastination never works! Prioritize your health so you have boundless energy to deal with life.
