Every day you wake up is
a new beginning. You are given the gift of life each day and you have the opportunity
to create the life that you want. Don’t let the past sabotage the present. You
can make this day the best day of your life. The most important part of every
day is waking up. When you open your eyes each morning it’s a gift of life.
Take advantage of this and be grateful for just being alive another day. If
you cherish life, all your other problems seem minuscule in comparison.
Living life and staying
healthy can be really simple. No one is born with directions for living or how
to live life with the best health. We literally have to experiment to figure
out what is the best food and the best lifestyle to live a long and healthy
life.
I can’t tell you how to
live your life, but I can continue to share my trials and tribulations on what
has worked for me in my journey to help and motivate people to be and stay
