of all your habits over a period of time. You will have good health if you have
more good habits than bad ones. I try to take the mystery out of it by giving you a
simple plan to follow all year. To prove it works, I do the plan myself
and report the outcomes on a regular basis.
Rigorous outcome research is vital to prove the efficacy of any type of intervention. This means that to determine if something is effective in the long run, you have to study the person or group of people over a long period of time. This is because some interventional plans may wane over time and prove to be flawed or ineffective.
