Hot August nights and enjoying the sights!
I love these last days of summer. I just can’t believe how fast time goes. You know when pre-season football starts it’s all downhill from here. π
The food plan is going
strong and I’m sticking to it! It’s amazing how I’m totally full after my last
meal, even though I stop eating for the day by about 1 pm. I’m maintaining my
body mass and staying lean. It just goes to show you that when you eat food
rich in fat and protein it will help you get the nutrition your body needs to
function and not require you to eat all day. I think when you are eating carb-based food, your body innately knows it’s not getting the nutrition it needs,
so, therefore, making you hungry all the time.
The daily exercise routine
is getting done every morning. When you make your health a priority and get
your exercise done first thing in the morning, then you have no excuses in the
evening when you’re feeling lazy and tired from working all day. Just get up
and go!
I’m keeping my spine in
alignment with regular spine care by doing stretches and exercises for my
spine on a regular basis. The secret to a healthy body is a healthy spine for
optimal function. Every movement in the human body depends on normal
alignment and mobility in the spine. Do not wait for your spine (aka back/neck) to hurt before you start taking care of it. Just
like you don’t wait for your teeth to hurt before you start brushing and
flossing every day. You must start now with spine care.
Keep going forward and
never give up on your goals and dreams.
Carpe diem!
