Wow, with the 4th
of July around the corner, it sure is feeling a lot like summer. The mornings have
been so warm. I like it when it’s not 29 degrees when I wake up to go work out
every day at 5 am. I really miss the weather in Hawaii. Over there the temperature
was always 74 to about 83 degrees every single day and night. It was a perfect
balance between heat, dryness, and humidity.
The food plan has been
going awesome and the workouts are stronger than ever. I would like to get
outside and go to the beach more this summer. Hopefully, I can catch a swell or two
and go surfing. Paddle boarding is another sport I want to try and you don’t
need any waves for that one.
Make sure you are drinking
plenty of water in this heat. If you start feeling fatigued it could be signs of
dehydration.
