Once you get yourself healthy, then it's all about maintenance. There are certain things you must do every day to stay healthy. Just like you have to brush your teeth and take a shower everyday, you have to do specific things to keep your body and mind working at 100%.

Lunch (12pm) ~ 6 Hard boiled Organic Free Range eggs, 1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, 2 tbsp Grass-Fed butter, 1 tsp Chia Seeds, 1 cup steamed organic carrots, and 1 cup steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)
Mid-afternoon (2pm) ~ Vanilla Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, Fruit-N-Whey Protein, 1 1/2 cup Pesticide Free Blueberries
