Well here comes the holidays and playoff games! You will be exposed to lots of good food and good times. My advice is to eat, drink, and be merry ;) If you live the Chiropractic Lifestyle, then having a few meals off the plan is no big deal. Follow my lead and stay the course. Breakfast (10am) ~ Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Green Drink, 1 Organic Banana
Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup black rice, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp Chia Seeds, 2 cups steamed organic carrots, and 2 cups steamed broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)
Dinner (4pm) ~4 Hard boiled eggs, 1 cup Beets, 1 Organic Apple
Evening (6pm) ~ Isalean Shake, 1/2 cup Organic Raisins, 1/4 cup almonds, 1 cup organic popcorn
Beverages ~ 4 cups of Organic Green Tea with 1/2 a lemon each cup and Sparkling Mineral Water.
