This week went by so fast! Time really does move faster as you get older. It seems like now, when I blink, 10 years go by 😳
For me, this helps remind me of how precious life is and
how grateful I am to have my health. Real happiness is getting healthy and
staying healthy.
It’s been 13 weeks of not having any cheat days. I’m
definitely a lot leaner. However, not having cheat days seems to be no different
than only having one cheat day per week.
I think having one cheat day out of the week allows you
more flexibility in food planning around entertainment. A lot of people use
food for entertainment, and when you are out with friends, it would be nice
participating in fun activities. Giving yourself a cheat day allows you to
still have a life and live a healthy lifestyle.
Carpe Diem
