Looks like we are back to normal here in San Jose 🙌
This is a great time of the year to work on yourself and try
to improve your physical and mental health. When you live the Chiropractic
Lifestyle, the physical part of your health should already be easy. Now,
you should work on your emotional health by getting out into nature,
meditating, starting a new hobby, reading inspiring books, and mending
relationships with family and friends. This is important so you can function normally
and stick with your Chiropractic Lifestyle plan.
My food plan is phenomenal! I’m loving how I feel and
function throughout the day and how I perform in the gym. It’s important to
experiment with your macros and discover what combination of protein, fat, and
carbohydrates works for you. I’m an advocate of a higher protein and fat diet and a lower carbohydrate intake. However, carbs aren’t all that bad and are
beneficial if you are exercising regularly. The only carbs I would recommend are
fruits and honey. You have to be careful with starchy carbs though, because of all the
extra ingredients they have. I recommend potatoes or rice and stay clear of
bread and other flour-based carbohydrates.
The exercise plan and spinal care plan are consistent and
effectively keeping my body strong and my mobility normal. I switched back to morning
workouts because I prefer getting everything done first thing in the morning. If
you have the time, this is the best time.
Well, have a great week, and keep doing what you must do to
stay healthy.
Carpe Diem
