9 am 👉 12 oz of chicken thighs,

D, vitamin K salt, hot sauce, organic golden milk, brewed cacao with
organic coffee, and organic green tea.
12 pm 👉 6 eggs, 1 ½ oz cheese, 2 oz butter, salt,

3 pm 👉 11.2 oz coconut water, 1 scoop whey
protein, 1 scoop collagen powder blended with 10 oz pineapple, 3 tbsp raw
