Getting healthy and staying healthy is really easy if you have a plan. I have tried many different things in life and I have found that the Chiropractic Lifestyle is the easiest and healthiest way to live your life. Just follow my lead and experience good health.
The first step is
getting your food plan right. I’ve laid out a basic food plan that works and is
really simple to integrate into your life. The amount of food you eat may
fluctuate but the general outline of how to eat should be similar.
Exercise is key to keep
lean muscle, maintain strong bones, and improve well-being. Exercise is also
really important for cardiovascular health. When your muscles contract this
helps circulate your blood throughout your body and helps maintain a healthy
lymphatic circulation.
One of the most salient aspects
of the Chiropractic Lifestyle is Spine Care. You must maintain spinal alignment,
mobility, and strength as you age. Studies have shown that 40% of deaths and
injuries in the elderly population are due to falls. People will usually fall
because of loss of mobility, balance issues, visual problems, and many other possible
reasons.
However, we can help
ourselves prevent falls by maintaining spinal mobility. All movement originates
from the spine. If the spine is not moving normally then it affects all
movements. Spine mobility and alignment have a lot to do with balance and
proprioception.
Keeping things simple
and doing what needs to be done is the secret to a healthy life with normal function.
The things you do now on a regular basis will dictate your independence and
ability to function as you age. You must make your health a priority now.
