I had another great week helping people get healthy and stay healthy! My practice members love living the Chiropractic Lifestyle! The easiest part is getting adjusted once a week to remove nerve interference in the spine. The healthy eating part can be easy too, if you follow what I'm doing and teaching. Finally, exercising on a regular basis can be easy to stick to as well, once you develop the habit.
Your health is the most important thing you have. You must make getting and staying healthy a priority. Money can't buy your health back. Once you lose it...it's gone. You only have one life to live, so live your life with passion and vitality!

Breakfast (10am) ~ Vanilla Isalean Shake, 10 oz Trader Joe's Coconut Water with Aloe Vera Juice, 1 scoop Green Drink, 1 Organic Banana
Lunch (12pm) ~ 4 Hard boiled Organic Free Range eggs, 1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, 2 tbsp Grass-Fed butter, 1 tsp Chia Seeds, 1 cup steamed organic carrots, and 1 cup steamed organic broccoli, seasonings (Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Frank's Hot Sauce)
Mid-Afternoon (3pm) ~ Vanilla Isalean Shake, 1 scoop Red Drink, 1 Organic Apple
Dinner (6pm) ~ 12oz Organic Free Range Chicken, 10 oz pineapple, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
