I hope everyone had a fantastic week living your best life! We are already into August and time isn’t slowing down for no one. The good news is that if you can discipline yourself to create new consistent healthy habits, time will pass faster than you think and your health will improve. Anything that’s new is hard to get used to. In the beginning, it takes desire and willpower. Everything will get easier if given enough time.
I didn’t have any big changes to the food plan. I’m cruising
right along and I have implemented a “cheat day”. I actually enjoy my food plan
so much that I usually don’t require eating other types of food. But sometimes
I like to have some popcorn or go out to eat with some friends. Flexibility
helps with sustainability.
The exercise plan is consistent and working well for me.
During this summer I have gone on some fun hikes and walks around the neighborhood.
This weather we have been having is amazing.
