It’s starting to feel like spring! I hope this keeps up. The cold weather is for the birds.
I see a lot of people on social media talking about getting ready for summer and getting serious about their workouts. I have also been seeing a lot of new people at the gym. I hope these people are successful and keep up the good work.
When you make health a lifestyle
and not about vanity, then it’s a lot easier and more sustainable. You have to think
about what is sustainable and something you can keep doing until you are 100.
This is especially
important with food planning. If you dread eating each meal or don’t feel
satisfied, then this is not sustainable. Like in my food plan, I absolutely
love each meal. In fact, I look forward to each meal. My favorite meal of the
day is breakfast. Eggs and potatoes are so delicious and incredible. I love it.
Also, your exercise has
to be sustainable. You have to create an exercise plan that you can keep doing every
day and still be effective. This plan should be specific to your goals and
change ever so often for variety.
Remember it’s all about
what you can keep doing for your whole life, not just for a reason or season. Health is
your wealth, and once you lose it, you cannot buy it back. You have to
prioritize your health every day.
Carpe Diem
