Wow, if you ever stop drinking coffee, be prepared for some headaches. π€ It took about 5 days for the headaches to finally stop. They were worse in the morning and eased up during the day.
The transition back to green tea is great though. I love the flavor actually more than coffee. I think what really attracted me to coffee before was when I was able to add sweetened vanilla creamer. But when I stopped consuming sugar, other than fruit, the black coffee isn’t the same.
Otherwise, the food plan
is on point; still rocking the steak and eggs every day. I’ve been doing that
now for over 2 years and my health is better than ever. It’s amazing to think
how the human body can live on just steak and eggs. π³
