Hello! I hope everyone is having an amazing year so far. Things are still going great with the Chiropractic Lifestyle. The food plan is better than ever, and ever since dropping my protein levels, I have not noticed any difference in performance. If anything, I actually feel stronger 🤷
I’m actually already noticing
a drop in people in the gym. Since I’m in the gym every day at 5:30 am I get to
know the regulars. There were a few new people a couple of weeks ago, but they
have already disappeared. Hopefully, they reconsider and come on back.
Health is the most
important thing you have and you must make it a priority to get and stay
healthy every day. It’s more important than your job, your family, or anything
else you value. You can’t do anything without your health, and health is one
thing money can’t buy.
I hear this all the time
how people can’t exercise or eat healthy because they don’t have time. Well, if
you know these people try to explain to them that they have to make time and be
committed to getting and staying healthy.
Have a great week and
keep the eye of the tiger!
Carpe Diem
