Summer is finally kicking in! Great time to spend more time outside. If you like to exercise, try to do activities outside. Stay away from doing cardio on the treadmill or any other exercise machine. You will have more fun and get some good sun. Don't be afraid of the sun because healthy sun exposure is one of the best ways to get Vitamin D. Aim for at least 20-30 minutes per day.
Hopefully everyone's food plan is going well. The key to a healthy Chiropractic Lifestyle is consistency and moderation.
