It's been a while since I posted because I've mostly been doing the same things I always do. I was starting to get burnt out on my blog. However, I'm still hitting the gym every morning and sticking to my food plan.
I switched back to eating beef. If you follow my posts, you’ll see that I rotate between chicken and beef periodically.
I tried eating 12 eggs a day for about 9 months, and now I'm down to 6 eggs a day because I got tired of eating so many. I’ll start posting weekly again and provide regular updates on my food plan and body composition.
